Sorry i havent posted the last couple weeks with back to back major tourneys I was unavoidbly detained. The last three days have been great.
Friday had a trip got are four tickets fishing 43 to 50 ft of water off RR. Program was 1 ounce 25 to 45 2 ounce 25 to 50 and 3 ounce 25 to 40 dipsey 3.5 setting 35 to 45 back and bouncer 3 ounce suspended. Color didnt matter had every single color back out and they all worked speed 1.8 with current 1.0 against
Saturday fished lorain we got 4 tickets but we went through 170 crawlers to do it. Started in front of beaver and caught 8 fish in the first 20 minutes then it was 12 junk fish for every walleye we then went to the dump and finished up there not as much junk but still enough to make us use all of the crawlers we bought. Program was the same as above
Today sunday was the best day i think for a trip this year. We fished cleveland in 50 ft of water and had 5 tickets by 10 am this morning hardley any trash and it was Geneva quality. Actaully Friday WAS really good to and yesterday we had 3 fish os with one going 10.5 . Today 8 fish os lots of 5 to 7lb fish same program i ran the previouos 2 days.
The new silver streak and JT line of spinner blades this year have been really good. Also i have been desiging with the expertise of a custom rod builder Mitch for a new upper end board rod. after several attempts and modifications I think we hit the jack pot. Ill keep ya posted on when they will be available.
Enjoy the weather and fishing. It doesnt get much better than only going 3 miles off shore to catch quality walleye like were catching.
