Lake Erie Walleye Fishing Report – 3.14.20

Hello fellow fisherman and welcome back!

Spring is here early and the fish are snapping. We have been fishing the island area and the Can areas where the fish are staging to spawn.

Perfect Tens and Bandits have been our go-to with colors from HL&S Customs. The new colors I posted two weeks ago on FB have been ON FIRE! Bandits 80-100. Perfect Tens 25/25, 30/30 and 40/40 with two ounces have been best Speed 1.0 to 1.3. Use your electronics to find schools of feeding fish. Remember, this time of year fish will move fast so don’t stay in one spot if you’re not catching.

Get out and get your fish on! Spring has sprung and the walleyes are biting.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Vic’s Sports Center Open House this past weekend! We had a great time and Nicholas shared a lot of tips and tactics for Lake Erie walleye with planer boards.

The 2nd Annual Walleye Wisdom Seminar’s with your host:

When: February 9th and 10th

Where: Vics Sports Center 2039 Tallmadge Rd Kent Ohio 44240

Time: Doors open at 7:30am until 4pm ??

Cost: $35.00 a person includes full day of invaluable information, food and beverages

Benefit: Half of all proceeds will go to St. Jude Childrens Hospital, last year we raised almost $4000.00

We are taking only 100 people each day so that we can give you all the time and attention you need to get ready to rock Lake Erie in the Spring.

This event will be even better than last year. We are breaking the groups down to two separate 50 person classrooms. In the morning we will have Jigging and Spinners in one classroom and Crank Baits and Night Bite in the other room. The groups will rotate mid-morning. In the afternoon we will have a raffle and round table to go over anything and we mean anything you guys want to talk about.
