Blue Dolphin Charters is a USCG licensed drug free vessel. Whether you are on board for an educational or a fun charter, we want to make sure you have the best time on the water. Do you want to learn how the pros do it? Or do you want to just kick back and reel in fish? Either way, we will make sure your time on the water is a memorable one.

You will be fishing on a brand new Starcraft 2050 STX rigged with Mercury Outboards and the state-of-the-art Lowrance Electronics to get you all the big ones that you can handle. Blue Dolphin also supplies all of the rods, reels, tackle and bait, so all you need to show up with is your food, drink, and Ohio fishing license and be ready to reel! Captain Gary Zart will personally recommend clothing options based on the time of year and weather.

We fish the Walleye Capital of the World, Lake Erie! Blue Dolphin Charters goes from dock to dock following where the best bite is. We can also go from a specific harbor of your choice, however Captain Gary Zart will always make his best recommendation to put you where the big ones are biting.

Blue Dolphin Charters fishes from April 1st to when the lake freezes over. Hours will be set depending on time of year and what the captain and the customer discuss.

Blue Dolphin charters is a 8 hour charter from dock to dock if you so choose. For fun charters, if you want to keep fishing and do catch and release after you catch your limit we can do so. For Educational charters 8 hours is recommended so you get all the information you need to catch the big ones for future trips.

Blue Dolphin charters can take from 1-3 people and is priced accordingly for your convenience.

1 person - $300.00 per day (8 hours dock to dock)
2 person - $350.00 per day (8 hours dock to dock)
3 person - $400.00 per day (8 hours dock to dock)

All charters are booked on a first come first serve basis, and are weather permitting.
